When you order from us you will have the following options available:

*Kindly note that we ship within South Africa only.

  • Collection (Pick-Up option) from our studio in Stellenberg, Bellville.
    (Free of charge)
  • *Note that we need an additional 1-2 working days to prepare your order before dispatch(shipping). *Customized products includes a turn-around time (before shipping) of 7-10 days.

Or choose from the options below:

  • Delivery to your nearest PAXI-point for COLLECTION.
    Delivery within 7-9 business days.  
    Price: R70  (Price incl. handling)
  • STORE-TO-DOOR by ARAMEX. Delivery between 24-72 hrs
    Delivery takes place between 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. Delivery does not include weekends & public holidays. *Remote/outlying areas may take longer than 72 hrs.
    Price: R110  (Price incl. handling)
  • Delivery to your nearest PAXI-point for COLLECTION.
    Delivery within 3-5 business days.  
    Price: R110  (Price incl. handling)
  • Delivery to your nearest POSTNET for COLLECTION.
    Delivery within 2-3 business days. 
    Price: R119   (Price incl. handling)

NOTIFICATIONS:
You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Courier/shipping times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Sincerely Stone cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies.

Important Information:

- We need a telephone number for all orders and cannot ship without
- We are unable to redirect/reroute orders once items have been dispatched.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
If your parcel can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address provided to us by you, the courier will let us know and we will contact you for updated details. If the courier charges an additional fee in such a case, we will request that you confirm payment before the parcel is re-shipped. In the unlikely event that a parcel is signed for at the incorrect address provided, we, unfortunately, cannot be liable.

INCORRECT ORDER RECEIVED:
If you have received an order with incorrect products or if any merchandise seems to be missing, we will arrange for your correct order to be re-shipped to you, free of charge.
