These terms of service govern your use of our website and services provided by Sincerely Stone. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Our main priority at Sincerely Stone is happy, satisfied customers and we want to achieve it through excellent service. Therefore, we ensure that the quality of our products and delivery terms are the same as the terms stated below.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc and they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Electronic Communications:
When you visit Sincerely Stone or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Order Confirmation:
Once the customer has paid for the order, an email confirmation will be sent. If this email isn’t received in 24 hours, please check your spam folder or let us know asap via hello@sincerelystone.co.za.
Pricing & Payment:
Prices for our products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the specified price for the products you order. Payment must be made through the designated payment methods provided on our website.
All prices exclude shipping costs which vary depending on the number of products purchased.
Payments for orders can be made with credit or debit card (via Payfast), or you are welcome to EFT us. EFT orders will only be shipped out once your Proof of Payment (POP) has been received.
Note: if your EFT is not made within 48hrs of your order, the order will be cancelled and stock released.
Sales: We don't offer price adjustments for orders made prior to or following a sale.
Coupons: Coupon codes cannot be combined with additional coupons and are not applicable during site-wide promotions. In the case of site-wide discounts or sales, coupons are not valid and only the current/existing promotion will be applied to your order.
PRODUCTS + SERVICES:
Colour variation: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including their colours. However, please note that the actual colours you see may vary depending on your monitor or device settings. We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will precisely match the actual product colours.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sincerely Stone and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
- Copying: It is strictly prohibited to copy or replicate our designs in any manner, including but not limited to manual tracing, scanning, photographing, or any other means of reproduction.
- Reselling: Our designs/products are intended for personal use only. You are expressly prohibited from reselling, licensing, or distributing our designs, whether in their original form or modified, for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from Sincerely Stone.
- Modification: You may not modify our designs or create derivative works based on them without our explicit permission.
Shipping + Delivery:
We will make reasonable efforts to ship your products within the estimated timeframe specified on our website. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues beyond our control by any of our chosen couriers/collection points. Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We will not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

Privacy and Security:
Your privacy is important to us. Sincerely Stone will never see the information on the customers´ credit card and will simply receive the payment and order details through our service providers (Payfast).
All information provided by customers of Sincerely Stone will be treated with extreme privacy and will not be provided to third parties except when necessary to deliver your order (ie. to our courier for delivery).

Modifications to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these ‘Terms of Service’ at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of our website and services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These 'Terms of Service’ shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these 'Terms of Service’ shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith.
